Selection criteria
- Degree or diploma holder with at least 3–5 years' experience in the relevant discipline
- Good communication skills in the local language and working knowledge of English
- A person of integrity and good professional standing
- Fair and upright in conduct
Empanelled trainers attend our Training of Trainers (ToT) programmes and sector-specific orientation.
