Leads finance, accounts and statutory compliance for Smartskills. Her remit covers budgeting, working capital for government contracts, scheme claims and fund flows, audits, and reporting to the board. She brings more than three decades of experience in finance and accounts.
Leads technology across the company: the online learning platform and course delivery, candidate registration and KYC systems, MIS and reporting for scheme portals, the website, and the payment and data-security set-up.
General Manager since April 2024, with more than 17 years of professional experience. He runs day-to-day operations across centres and projects: performance management, resource optimisation and operational strategy. He works with cross-functional teams so that mobilisation, training, assessment and placement stay on target and on standard.
A DDU-GKY specialist with more than eight years at Smartskills, where he served as Head of Quality Management (2018–2021) and Project Head (2019–2025). He now leads end-to-end execution of large-scale residential skilling projects under DDU-GKY 2.0 with the Ministry of Rural Development, driving rural livelihoods through BIHAN and MoRD projects in Chhattisgarh.
