These terms govern your use of this website and your enrolment in courses offered by Smartskills Bits & Bytes (P) Ltd.
1. About us
This website is operated by Smartskills Bits & Bytes (P) Ltd. (“Smartskills”, “we”, “us”), 58, 3rd Floor, Ashirwad Towers, Beside Raj Theatre, G.E. Road, Raipur, Chhattisgarh 492001, India.
2. Courses and enrolment
Course details on this website (duration, eligibility, content, mode of delivery and fee) describe each course. By enrolling, you confirm that you meet the stated eligibility and that the information you give us is accurate. We may refuse or cancel an enrolment if eligibility is not met, and will refund the fee in that case under our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
3. Fees and payment
Fees are shown in Indian Rupees. Payments are processed by Razorpay Software Pvt. Ltd., our payment gateway partner; we do not store your card or bank details. Your enrolment is confirmed once payment succeeds and you receive a confirmation email.
4. Online delivery and access
All courses listed on the Online Courses page are delivered 100% online. Access details are personal to you and must not be shared. Course content, recordings and material are the intellectual property of Smartskills or its licensors and are for your personal learning only.
5. Assessment and certification
Certificates are issued to learners who complete the course and meet the assessment criteria. Certification standards are set by Smartskills and, where applicable, by NSDC or the relevant Sector Skill Council.
6. Conduct
Learners must behave respectfully in online sessions. We may suspend access, without refund, for abuse, harassment, cheating or misuse of course material.
7. Placement
Placement assistance, where offered, is a support service. We do not guarantee employment.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a course is limited to the fee you paid for that course.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Raipur, Chhattisgarh have exclusive jurisdiction.
