When you enrol, enquire or apply, we collect details you provide, such as your name, mobile number, email, state, qualification, and any CV or message you share. Payment details are collected and processed by Razorpay and are not stored by us.
How we use it
- To process enrolments, deliver courses and issue certificates
- To respond to enquiries and provide counselling
- To share information with NSDC, Sector Skill Councils or scheme authorities where certification or scheme rules require it
- For placement support, with your consent
- To send course updates. You can opt out at any time.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us run our services (such as payment, email and learning platforms), with certifying bodies as above, or where required by law.
Security and retention
We use reasonable safeguards to protect your data, and keep it only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law and scheme rules.
