We design and run skilling programmes for under-served youth and women, funded by corporates under their CSR mandates. That covers need assessment, mobilisation, training, certification, placement and impact reporting. Our special projects with rag-picker women, domestic workers and youth from LWE-affected areas show how we work with hard-to-reach groups.
