Course Delivery Policy
How and when you receive access to an online course after payment.
Nature of the service
Smartskills sells online education services. No physical goods are shipped. All courses on the Online Courses page are delivered 100% online.
When you get access
After your payment succeeds you receive a payment confirmation. Course access details and your batch schedule are sent to your registered email and mobile within 2 working days.
What you need
A smartphone or computer with a stable internet connection, and a working email address and mobile number.
Didn't receive access?
If you have not received access within 2 working days, email info@bandbraipur.com or call 0771-2535667 with your payment ID.
Certificates
Digital certificates are issued after you complete the course and pass the assessment, and are sent to your registered email.
